- 5–6 fresh mint leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fruit by slicing and cubing evenly.
- Place fruit in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and chopped mint.
- Pour dressing over fruit and toss gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
Use ripe but firm fruit for best texture. Add mango, oranges, or pomegranate for variation. Add dressing just before serving to keep fruit fresh. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
