Description

Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing is a refreshing and colorful mix of fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, and watermelon tossed in a bright honey lime dressing with mint. Perfect for summer gatherings, brunch, or a light healthy dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 56 fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit by slicing and cubing evenly.
  2. Place fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and chopped mint.
  4. Pour dressing over fruit and toss gently to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruit for best texture. Add mango, oranges, or pomegranate for variation. Add dressing just before serving to keep fruit fresh. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
