1 tsp chili powder
4 regular buns
Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat
Use tongs to fully crumble the meat while browning
Using tongs, transfer the meat to a plate following meat safety guidelines
Reserve 2 tbsp of beef fat in the skillet (add olive oil if none remains)
Return meat to the skillet with the retained fat
Add hamburger helper seasoning and stir immediately
Pour in 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil
Stir in mustard, cider vinegar, and tomato paste
Simmer the sauce for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
