Description

This classic chicken salad is creamy, fresh, and full of flavor. Made with tender chicken, crunchy vegetables, and a light yogurt-mayo dressing, it’s perfect for sandwiches or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cucumber, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Shred cooked chicken and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Combine chicken with dressing.
  4. Add celery, onion, and cucumber.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Finish with fresh parsley and mix gently.

Notes
