- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 papaya, cubed
- 2 kiwis, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and cube pineapple, mango, and papaya.
- Slice kiwi, strawberries, and banana.
- Place all fruit in a large bowl.
- Add lime juice and honey if desired.
- Sprinkle chopped mint on top.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add banana just before serving to prevent browning. Toasted coconut flakes add extra texture. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Do not freeze as fruit texture will change.
