Description

This Tropical Fruit Salad is a vibrant and refreshing mix of pineapple, mango, papaya, kiwi, strawberries, and banana tossed with fresh lime juice and mint. Perfect for brunch, summer gatherings, or a healthy dessert, this colorful fruit bowl is naturally sweet and incredibly easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe pineapple, cubed
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 papaya, cubed
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube pineapple, mango, and papaya.
  2. Slice kiwi, strawberries, and banana.
  3. Place all fruit in a large bowl.
  4. Add lime juice and honey if desired.
  5. Sprinkle chopped mint on top.
  6. Toss gently to combine.
  7. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add banana just before serving to prevent browning. Toasted coconut flakes add extra texture. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Do not freeze as fruit texture will change.
