3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
3 large lemons, finely grated zest only
4 extra-large eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt


Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C)
Whisk melted butter with brown sugar until smooth
