- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 packet (7g) instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it activate.
- Add butter, egg, and salt, then mix.
- Add flour gradually and knead into soft dough.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into rectangle.
- Spread butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
- Roll into log and cut into rolls.
- Let rise 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
- Prepare glaze and pour over warm rolls.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for best results. You can prepare the rolls the night before and bake in the morning. Add cream cheese to the glaze for extra richness.
