This strawberry mousse is a light, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Perfect for warm days or elegant dinners, it delivers a soft texture and rich fruity flavor.

- 300 g fresh strawberries
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp gelatin (optional)
- 2 tbsp cold water (if using gelatin)
Instructions
- Wash and blend strawberries into a smooth puree.
- Mix with sugar and lemon juice.
- Prepare gelatin if using and mix into puree.
- Whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold strawberry mixture into whipped cream gently.
- Add vanilla and mix softly.
- Spoon into serving glasses.
- Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for best flavor. Adjust sugar as needed. Gelatin helps the mousse stay firm longer. Always serve chilled for best texture.
