Description

This strawberry mousse is a light, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Perfect for warm days or elegant dinners, it delivers a soft texture and rich fruity flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300 g fresh strawberries
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp gelatin (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cold water (if using gelatin)

Instructions

  1. Wash and blend strawberries into a smooth puree.
  2. Mix with sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Prepare gelatin if using and mix into puree.
  4. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold strawberry mixture into whipped cream gently.
  6. Add vanilla and mix softly.
  7. Spoon into serving glasses.
  8. Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for best flavor. Adjust sugar as needed. Gelatin helps the mousse stay firm longer. Always serve chilled for best texture.
