- 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix strawberries with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Transfer to baking dish.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add butter and crumble mixture.
- Sprinkle topping over strawberries.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Adjust sugar based on sweetness of strawberries. Keep butter cold for best crumble texture. Store in fridge up to 3 days.
