Description

This strawberry crumble is a warm, comforting dessert made with fresh strawberries and a buttery crumb topping. Easy to prepare and perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix strawberries with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
  3. Transfer to baking dish.
  4. Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Add butter and crumble mixture.
  6. Sprinkle topping over strawberries.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Adjust sugar based on sweetness of strawberries. Keep butter cold for best crumble texture. Store in fridge up to 3 days.
