Instructions
- Crush biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press mixture into a pan and chill.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spread filling over the base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Prepare strawberries with sugar and lemon juice.
- Add topping before serving.
