Description

Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g melted butter
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 120g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 250g fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press mixture into a pan and chill.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Spread filling over the base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Prepare strawberries with sugar and lemon juice.
  7. Add topping before serving.
