Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Pour the warm mushroom mixture over spinach.
  8. Toss gently and serve immediately.
