Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
16 oz rotini pasta
15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups sweet corn, fresh or thawed
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and rinse immediately under cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent clumping.
