Description

This creamy Salmon Quiche features a flaky crust filled with tender salmon, eggs, cream, and herbs. A simple yet elegant dish perfect for lunch, brunch, or dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pie crust
  • 200g cooked salmon, flaked
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook onion in olive oil until soft.
  3. Whisk eggs, cream, and milk with seasoning.
  4. Place salmon and onion into crust.
  5. Add cheese and herbs.
  6. Pour egg mixture evenly.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
  8. Let rest before slicing.

Notes

Let the quiche rest before cutting to allow it to set properly. You can use canned or fresh salmon. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
