Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup ranch dressing mix (dry)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (optional)
1 cup finely chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds) or crispy bacon crumbles for coating
Fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread for serving
Instructions
Mix the Cream Cheese and Ranch Dressing
In a medium mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the ranch dressing mix. Use a hand mixer or spoon to combine until smooth.Add the Cheddar Cheese and Green Onions
Stir in the grated sharp cheddar cheese and optional green onions until everything is well incorporated.Shape the Cheese Mixture into a Log
