- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 300g sausage meat
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix sausage meat with onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry.
- Cut into strips.
- Add filling along edge.
- Roll tightly and seal.
- Cut into smaller pieces.
- Place on baking tray.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
Notes
Keep puff pastry cold before using. Do not overfill the rolls. You can freeze before baking. Reheat in oven for best texture.
