Ingredients

1 can (15oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup high-quality tahini
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
24 tbsp cold water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil for serving


Instructions

Combine tahini and lemon juice in a food processor and process for one minute until thick and whipped.
