Ingredients
4 skin-on chicken breasts
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper
Place skin-side up on parchment-lined baking sheet
Whisk melted butter with garlic, herbs, and orange zest
Reserve 1/4 cup mixture for finishing glaze
Brush remaining butter over chicken skin
Let rest at room temperature 15-20 minutes
Bake 40-45 minutes until skin is golden and blisters
Transfer chicken to wire rack and let rest 10 minutes
