Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken thighs
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika (preferably smoked)
1 tsp ground cumin (or coriander)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season thoroughly with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, garlic, and olive oil. Brush generously over both sides of the chicken.
Place chicken on the baking sheet, skin-side up. Bake for 40 minutes.
Brush with an additional layer of glaze and bake for 20 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes before roasting.
