Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, whisk eggs, olive oil, and milk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in olives, feta, parmesan, and herbs.
- Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
