Instructions

  2. In another bowl mix buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  4. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly butter the surface.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look set.
  8. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Notes
