Ingredients
Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa), 1 cup
Mini Marshmallows, 1 cup
Graham Crackers, 1 1/2 cups
Cream Cheese (at room temperature), 1/2 cup
Heavy Cream, 1/4 cup
Instructions
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs.
Mix crumbs with 2 tablespoons of melted dark chocolate.
Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 15 minutes.
Melt remaining dark chocolate and cream cheese in a heatproof bowl until smooth.
Whisk in mini marshmallows and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
Pour mixture over chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Top with chocolate shavings and serve chilled.

Replace graham crackers with digestive biscuits for a British twist.
