Ingredients
4 large ripe bananas
3 packages (3.4oz each) vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
24 vanilla wafers
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Slice 2 bananas 1/8-inch thick for topping
Mash 2 bananas in a large bowl until smooth
Beat pudding mix, milk, and brown sugar until thickened
Line a 9×13-inch dish with parchment paper
Spread banana puree as base layer
Top with half the pudding mixture
Place 12 wafers in a single layer
Spread remaining pudding mixture evenly
Add remaining wafers and half the banana slices
Chill 4 hours before slicing

Use 115°F (46°C) milk for optimal emulsification
Chill pudding bowl briefly before layering
Arrange banana slices flat for even distribution
Toast nuts 2-3 minutes to enhance flavor
