- 1 ready-made pie crust (250g)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheese (Gruyère or cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Cut pie crust into circles and press into muffin cups.
- Whisk eggs and cream until smooth.
- Add cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Fill crusts 3/4 full with mixture.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly before removing and serving.
Notes
Do not overfill the crusts. Use high-quality cheese for best flavor. Store in refrigerator up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
