Description

I make this Mediterranean tomato salad with ripe tomatoes, fresh vegetables, feta cheese, and olive oil. It is light, refreshing, and full of flavor, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop tomatoes.
  2. Slice onion.
  3. Chop cucumber.
  4. Combine in bowl.
  5. Add olives and feta.
  6. Add oregano.
  7. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Mix gently.
  10. Let rest before serving.
