Description

Ingredients

  • 300g pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain and let pasta cool completely.
  3. Chop tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
