Ingredients
4 large boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels
Season both sides with salt and pepper
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (use oil if desired for searing), add chicken, and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden
Transfer to a baking sheet and preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Mix honey and soy sauce in a bowl
Brush glaze over chicken, return to oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and glaze is caramelized
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
