Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken breasts, cut into 1” cubes
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium or tamari)
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp honey (or agave/maple syrup)
2 tbsp lime juice
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
Combine garlic, soy sauce, tomato paste, honey, and lime juice in mixing bowl
Whisk until fully blended
Submerge chicken cubes in marinade; refrigerate 1+ hour
Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, leaving 1/4″ space between pieces
Preheat grill to 350°F or heat oil in pan
Cook 5-7 minutes per side, basting with remaining marinade in last 2 minutes
