Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp raw honey
4 ears fresh corn on the cob (husks removed)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pinch sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C). Clean and oil grates thoroughly
2. Grill corn husks first for 3 minutes
3. Rotate 90° and grill 2 minutes for diagonal marks
4. Brush melted honey-butter mixture onto corn
5. Cook 1-2 minutes until glaze is amber and bubbling
6. Let cool 5 minutes on wire rack before serving
Notes
Use a heat-resistant pastry brush for glazing
Adjust timing based on grill intensity
Optional: Add crushed garlic to glaze
Serve immediately to maintain crisp texture
