Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 large orange, segmented
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
  2. Slice strawberries, kiwi, apple, and banana.
  3. Segment the orange and prepare pineapple if needed.
