Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
2 cups jasmine rice, cooked and cooled
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
3 stalks green onions, sliced thinly
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground chicken and break it apart with a wooden spoon.
