Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper, to taste
12 large corn tortillas
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up clumps.
Add onion and garlic, sauté 2-3 minutes until softened.
Mix in cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Continue cooking 7-10 minutes until beef is fully cooked.
