Ingredients
4 ears corn, husks removed
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro (or fresh cilantro)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
In a bowl, mix butter, lime juice, chili powder, salt, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper
Brush 1/4 of the butter mixture over each corn ear
Grill corn, turning occasionally, 12-15 minutes until charred
Brush remaining butter mixture over hot corn and grill 2 minutes more
Notes
Serve warm with a lime wedge garnish
Swap chili powder with gochujang or smoked paprika
