Description

This goat cheese savory cake is soft, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. With creamy goat cheese, fresh herbs, and simple ingredients, it’s perfect for snacks, gatherings, or light meals.


Ingredients

  • 200g goat cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 100ml milk
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 10g baking powder
  • 1 handful fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  3. Add milk and olive oil, mix well.
  4. Add flour and baking powder gradually.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Crumble in goat cheese.
  7. Add herbs, salt, and pepper.
  8. Fold gently.
  9. Pour into greased pan.
  10. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
  11. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Do not overmix the batter. Use fresh herbs for best flavor. You can add olives or spinach for variation. Store in fridge up to 3 days and reheat in oven.
