  • 100g goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the salad greens.
  2. Place greens in a large bowl.
  3. Add sliced red onion.
  4. Toast pine nuts in a pan until golden.
  5. Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle dressing over salad.
  7. Toss gently to combine.
