- 4 eggs

- 2 tbsp fresh herbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place crust in pan.
- Sauté onion and spinach.
- Whisk eggs, cream, and milk.
- Add seasoning.
- Layer vegetables and cheese in crust.
- Pour egg mixture.
- Bake 35–40 minutes.
- Cool slightly and serve.

Use fresh goat cheese for best taste. Add mushrooms or tomatoes if desired. Store in fridge up to 3 days.
