Ingredients

Butter – 4 tbsp salted
Garlic – 6 cloves (minced)

Cayenne pepper – pinch (optional)
Salt – 1 tsp (adjust if using unsalted butter)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Pat chicken dry with paper towels
Season both sides with salt, thyme, and cayenne (if using)
Melt 2 tbsp butter in pan until browned and aromatic
