- 5–6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

- ½ tsp oregano
- 50 g mozzarella or parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice bread in half lengthwise.
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Spread mixture evenly on bread.
- Add cheese if desired.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes for crispiness.
- Slice and serve warm.
