- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
- Mix flour and salt, then add yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise until doubled.
- Press into oiled pan and create dimples.
- Top with olive oil, mozzarella, feta, and herbs.
- Let rest 20–30 minutes.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.

Use high-quality olive oil for best flavor. Allow proper rising time. Serve warm. Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
