- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar

- 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
- Press mixture into the base of serving cups.
- Chop strawberries and mix with sugar, let sit 10 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Add a layer of cream over biscuit base.
- Add a layer of strawberries with juice.
- Repeat layers until cups are full.
- Top with fresh strawberries and optional honey or chocolate.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for best flavor. Do not overwhip the cream. Chill well before serving. You can substitute biscuits with sponge cake.
