Description

Easy puff pastry appetizers made with flaky pastry, cheese, and vegetables. Perfect for quick snacks, parties, or light meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked vegetables
  • 1/4 cup chopped olives
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut into small squares.
  4. Mix filling ingredients.
  5. Add a spoon of filling to each square.
  6. Fold or shape the pastry.
  7. Place on baking tray.
  8. Brush with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
  10. Serve warm.

Notes

Keep puff pastry cold before using. Do not overfill. Store leftovers in fridge and reheat in oven for crispiness.
