- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked vegetables
- 1/4 cup chopped olives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut into small squares.
- Mix filling ingredients.
- Add a spoon of filling to each square.
- Fold or shape the pastry.
- Place on baking tray.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Keep puff pastry cold before using. Do not overfill. Store leftovers in fridge and reheat in oven for crispiness.
