Ingredients

- 2 kiwis, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Wash all fruit thoroughly and pat dry.
- Hull and slice strawberries. Halve grapes. Peel and segment oranges. Slice kiwi and cut pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
- Place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and fresh lemon juice.
- Drizzle the honey-lemon mixture over the fruit.
- Toss gently to combine without crushing the fruit.
- Sprinkle orange zest for extra freshness if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint just before serving.
