Description

This Easy Homemade Quiche is a creamy, comforting dish made with eggs, cheese, and vegetables baked in a flaky crust. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach
  • 1/2 cup cooked onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place crust in pan and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook vegetables in olive oil.
  4. Whisk eggs, cream, milk, and spices.
  5. Add vegetables and cheese to crust.
  6. Pour egg mixture over filling.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use any vegetables you like. Store in fridge up to 3 days. Reheat in oven for best texture.
