Ingredients
1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium glass bowl.
Add the cubed chicken to the bowl and coat thoroughly.
Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to penetrate.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers evenly without packing them too tightly.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side, rotating once until cooked through.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best tenderizing effect. Ensure wooden skewers are soaked long enough to avoid charring. You can add bell peppers or red onion to the skewers if desired.
