Description

This Easy Fruit Salad Recipe is a fresh, colorful, and healthy dish made with seasonal fruits, a touch of honey, and bright lemon juice. Ready in just 15 minutes, this refreshing fruit bowl is perfect for breakfast, brunch, summer gatherings, or a light dessert. Naturally sweet, full of vitamins, and beautifully vibrant, this simple fruit salad brings sunshine and freshness to every table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • Juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cold running water.
  2. Slice the strawberries and halve the grapes.
  3. Peel and slice the kiwis into even pieces.
  4. Dice the apple and immediately toss it with fresh lemon juice to prevent browning.
  5. Carefully segment the orange and remove any seeds.
  6. Place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  7. Drizzle honey evenly over the fruit mixture.
  8. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
  9. Sprinkle fresh chopped mint on top if desired.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Use ripe, seasonal fruit for the best natural sweetness. Add banana just before serving to avoid browning. Do not overmix to keep fruit pieces intact. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. This recipe is not suitable for freezing as fruit texture will change.
