Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, apples, grapes, peaches)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add lemon juice and mix gently.
  3. Drizzle honey and stir.
  4. Mix yogurt with vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Layer fruit in bowls and top with yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle nuts and drizzle extra honey before serving.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits for best taste. You can replace yogurt with whipped cream or plant-based yogurt. Store in fridge up to 1 day. Avoid freezing as texture will change.
