Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
