Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
3/4 cup sugar
1 medium egg
1/4 cup kefir
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
5 cups assorted fresh fruits (cherries, blueberries, kiwi, apple, mango)
1 1/2 cups custard or Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
2 tbsp honey or sugar glaze for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a bowl, combine flour and sugar
Add cold butter and cut in using a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
Mix in egg, kefir, and vanilla extract
Knead dough on floured surface for 2-3 minutes
Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes
Roll out dough on floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden edges form
Let crust cool completely
