Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp unsalted butter
8 oz fettuccine noodles
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
Place the raw chicken chunks into the center of the slow cooker insert.
Add the butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt to the insert.
Cover and cook on high for two hours until the chicken is cooked through.
Stir in the heavy cream and fresh parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
Continue to cook on high for another 30 minutes until the sauce bubbles slightly.
Separately boil the fettuccine until al dente.
Toss the hot fettuccine noodles into the sauce until well coated before serving.
Notes
Always use freshly grated parmesan cheese instead of pre-grated bags to ensure the sauce becomes smooth and creamy without clumping from anti-caking agents. Serve immediately for the best texture.
