Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Chill dough for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on baking sheet.

- Bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
