Description

This classic Mediterranean salad is fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. Made with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese, it’s a quick and healthy dish perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives
  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop tomatoes and slice cucumber and onion.
  2. Place vegetables and olives in a large bowl.
  3. Crumble feta cheese over the top.
