Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/2 cup ham or chicken
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Whisk eggs
  3. Add oil and milk
  4. Add flour and baking powder
  5. Season
  6. Fold fillings
  7. Pour into pan
  8. Bake 45 minutes
  9. Cool and serve
